Will the Bush tax cuts expire?

Obama doesn't have to do anything. He doesn't have to lift a finger and the Bush tax cuts will expire all by themselves.

60% of Americans believe that the Bush tax cuts should expire. Obama was reelected in part because he said he will let the tax cuts expire. Last time around, the GOP blackmailed Obama, holding Unemployment benefits hostage until Obama extended the tax cuts. This time around, it looks like the GOP isn't holding a strong hand. They don't have much to offer to keep their precious tax cuts.

So what will happen? Will the GOP find something to blackmail Obama with?
