Panasonic fz200 or Canon sx50hs or Wait for large sensor ?

Hi Friends

I'm really confused now between Panasonic fz200 and Canon sx50hs. Though both the cameras are best in bridge cameras, but they seriously have a tiny sensor

So should I spend such a big amount (approx $550 usd) in these tiny sensors cameras or go for a basic dSLR or wait for these cameras next version with bigger sensor (at least 2/3"). Because for these companies will fight for the 1st position and I guess their next improvement will be on sensor size.

Any suggestions ?
