Approx. value of this NEX gear? Needed ASAP.

I'm considering the purchase of some NEX gear and have been asked to make an offer.

Being new to NEX gear, I need your help.  The gear of interest is: Sony NEX-5 camera, 18-55, and 55-200 lenses.  Gear seems in very good condition.  So what might be a reasonable offer, or reasonable range to consider making for the purchase of this gear?  Need this info ASAP.
