SX50 - Verdict: Excellent! Have a look

as a matter of fact i think i will use the refund from the sx50 towards a second d7000, and continue using the 70-300vr and cropping the shot. or possibly getting a soon to be discount priced d5100.

its a shame about the sx50 though. i researched every internet review i could find as well as several bird watching forums before purchasing it.

never mind,we live and learn. remember the saying, "all that glisters is not gold"? it seems to ring true in this case.
