Cheap but good camera for...

I need to take very high quality (detailed, not 9999x9999 resolution!) pictures of my electronics (small parts, etc.). I would like to pay as least as possible for the camera... But is there even a cheap camera capable of that? I think it's only possible with D-SLRs, and they all cost A LOT.
