OP: I have an X-E1 on its way which is probably manufactured differently but I'll check nonetheless.
Sure, everyone as heard of the 'splatter issue', then finds a mysterious spot on their sensor, then joins DPR so they can ask everyone else if this is a 'common issue' with the camera system.
Even though they need to look at 100% and over post process to get it to appear.
Whilst taking a side-swipe at RAW processing.
That's perfectly normal....
