The sensor does have these blemishes and I just wanted to know whether it is a feature of the x-pro as other posts have suggested. It is apparent in real world photos at f/16 but obviously (as I emphasized in my OP) not to this extent. And whether you like it or not, the most popular RAW processors do not process the files well.

I'm just cutting to the chase when I suggest that you sell the camera - as clearly it's never going to meet your expectations.
Unless of course you just want to use it as a prop to post more 'Captain Disappointed' posts in the Fuji forum....
