Olympus E20P - Recommendation?

All:

I have the chance to pick up a used Olympus E20P. I'm a former E-1 user and loved that camera but would have a hard time shelling out the $$ for both an E-1 body and 14-54 (I don't have any 4/3 glass anymore).

I came across the opportunity to purchase an E20P for a very fair price - does anyone still shoot with one of these? Is it worth buying if I'm looking for an inexpensive all in one system? Is the image quality on par with the e-1 and the lens as good as the 14-54?
