Why nobody mentioned Aperture 3?

I find it truly simple to use, in both file management and image editing, almost fool proof. The only problem is it's Mac only and requires fast CPU and lots of memory. For tricky high ISO noise I always use Photoshop CS6 which has the same RAW converter as Lightroom 4.
