D600 does concerts

I just picked up the D600 a few days ago, and took it with me to a Madonna concert last Thursday. I had only taken about a dozen or so pics prior, so I wasn't sure what to expect.  I just posted a sample shot in my gallery.  I took it holding the camera with my arms extended over my head, using the live view to frame it, hit the AF-L button, pushed the shutter release half way for a quick spot metering, then said a little prayer.  Considering I was using a 50mm lens at quite a distance, I was really impressed with the results.
