NEX WiFi 'tethering' - anyone have experience?

Had actually seen those before, but I'm not looking for the remote control. What I need is a way to load photos to a computer or tablet while shooting so others can review them while I work. For example, if an art director or client is in the studio to view. Or so the stylist can watch for problems.
