Do you think you are typical though? I suppose the 6D is a route to full frame for /any/ APS-C camera owner but I'd have thought most people aspring to the larger sensor camera would have been enthusiasts who would already have a XXD camera. Seems I'm wrong
I've owned several xxD cameras but recently bought 2 xxxD's instead. Mostly for size and weight. Money was not the point. It took a little getting used to the loss of buttons but I adapted quickly. I will buy the 6 D when it comes out. I just can't handle the size/ weight of the 5diii.
