Canon Pro9000 Mark II Best Printer settings?

Hello everyone!  I just got my printer and i am in the process of setting it up the best possible way.  I would like to ask you how you have this printer set up for top notch prints, i mostly take People photos 95% of the time .  I am running Win 7, i currently have Corel Paintshop.

(specifically) when you are in the Print window, then go click on "Properties", then check the box

"Color/Intensity Manual Adjustment", what have you found to be the BEST color settings for Cyan, Magenta and yellow?

Also, in that same window there is the "Matching" tab, how should i set that up? Or do i not do anything with those settings and leave it alone??
