The normal process for Internet Explorer is called iexplore.exe. So if you didn't make a typo there I suspect you to have a malware/virus infection.
If it runs as admin, you either have administrative rights on your own working account (I needn't explain why that's a bad idea, do I?), or it is granted admin rights in some other more harmfull way.
