Who has used Perfectly Clear for noise reduction?

I'm looking for a very good noise reduction app. i have Adobe Express installed but have not bought the noise reduction feature because from what i have seen on the net it does not retain image sharpness.

What do you folks use for high quality noise free (if that is possible) iPhone images? I use an iPhone 4s, and use ProCamera, 645 Pro and Camera+ for taking the images. I use PS Express and Snapseed for editing.
