FZ200, I'm stumped!

For the life of me, I can't figure out how to get it to take regular speed movie pictures. The slow motion movies are incredible but I just can't find the setting to change it to regular speed.
On the same subject as movies, why do my low light movies seem incredibly good relative to image quality compared to stills taken at the same time?
