Tripod Recommendation Needed <US$200, Ball Head Preferred

I'm looking for a tripod recommendation for use in family portraits, landscape, and wildlife photos.  In addition to the equipment listed below, I also have a Speedlight 430 EX II and would like to acquire a larger tele-zoom lens in the 100-300 range.  So I would be in need of a tripod that would have 8 pounds or greater of capacity.  Weight is not all that much an issue as I won't be doing extensive hiking with this, so I wouldn't really need the additional expense of carbon fiber legs.

What are some good choices for tripods that could be equipped with a ball head that would retail for <US$200?
