what is the best settings and mode for street photo on RX100

Hi friends

What iis the best mode and settings for street photo on RX100 .. I want to take photo when I am walking .. I try to use s mode with with minimum 1/150 shutter speed and auto iso but not take good photo .. Please advise me something .. thanks
