If it is just for colour printing then go for the Epson R2000. This printer is optimised for colour performance up to 13 by 19 inch prints. Can use all types of papers and is suitable for enthusiast low volume work. Has unique red and orange cartridges for more punchy colours.

I tend to print in batches and may not use the printer for up to a month. No clogs yet. OEM cartridges can be found cheaply and last well. Print quality is as good as any more higher spec models IMO and put common photo lab prints to shame.
