D5100 vs D5200

The D5200 may be one of the least longed for Nikon cameras this year. People had been yearning for a D700 replacement (and got the D800 and D600), and people are in vain screaming for a D300(s) replacement, and people had hoped for a D3 replacement (and got the D4).

But did anyone ever ask for an update to the D5100?

I'm sure the D5200 is slightly better than the D5100, but I see no reason to be excited about it.
