Lens advice (opinions, suggestions, ...) needed for a trip to Hong Kong

There is a very good chance that I will be traveling to Hong Kong for a week early next month. I'll have a few days for touring parts of the city and seeing what I see.
I'm currently using the 14-42 and 40-150 kit lenses, a 35 macro and the 70-300 on an E-520 and E-600. I would like to minimize what I take with me and would also like something a little wider than the 14-42 for cityscapes and landscapes. Purchase of a lens (whether new or used) is not in the budget but I'm OK with spending about $100 to rent one for the trip. I rented a 9-18 a few years ago and enjoyed using it although the results were not all that I had hoped for. (Probably more a function of the photographer than the lens.)
I'm considering renting a 12-60 for the trip which from what I have seen and heard is a great all-around lens and is a bit wider than my kit. I would couple this with my 70-300 to cover the long end (and probably the 40-150 for good measure since it is my favorite lens). Does this sound reasonable or should I go wider still? Perhaps the 11-22 or 7-14 instead?
Any and all thoughts, opinions or suggestions are welcome. Thanks in advance for your replies.
Regards, Conrad
