I like the doorway. It's very intricate. The pointed arch is wonderful. I take it this door opens fully for vehichles etc. I like the B&W renditions you've made.

In photo #2 the focus is on the person beyond. I find with people and subjects in a row it's more effective to focus on the closer, larger person or subject.

I like the upward progress in #3. It's a fine silhouette with great cloud detail. I think maybe it could have been cropped just above the larger cloud, cutting off some of the top to bring the eye back to the outline. Try covering that part and see what you think.
