D600 - Am I a fool to believe...

Hello Guys,

As someone who is potentially looking at switching brand again (I used to shoot a Nikon D300s, move to Sony a900), am I a fool to believe that the D600 has been poised with quality control issue (significant amount of oil/dust on sensors)? Any AF issue?

First of all, I would like to get a better idea to find out whether this issue is significant among new D600 users.

I think the D600 is a superb machine for about 2100 USD, a much better fit than the a99 if you ask me, but I doubt I would be able to bear the idea of buying a new toy which suffers from those issues.

So I am just curious about what you think on the matter. Thanks!
