I use the Lowepro Photo traveler 150

It carries

OMD + attached two part battery grip
Oly FL-600R flash (in padded pocket)
12mm F2+hood inverted
25mm F1.4+hood
45mm F1.8+hood inverted
75mm F1.8+hood inverted
35-100mm F2.8+hood inverted
2 spare batteries
Charger

I actually cheated a little, and added an additional divider from another Lowepro bag to make everything fit. Works perfect and is the smallest of the backpacks.
