Birds and BIF's NEX-7 500mm from this week

The one with the heron hiding its head under the wings, fishing, is a simply gorgeous shot.

I won't be in the market for such a lens, but I'll appreciate these all the same, as they remind me of my childhood growing up near the North-Norfolk coast.
