Nikkor 18-105 of 16-85

Hi there,

I need to buy a new lens and am doubting between the 18-105 or the 16-85.

Both lenses are on the same level of diaphragm so that isn't an issue but the one costs 300€more than the other one.
I used the 18-105 for two years and am quiete happy with it but the 16-85 promises to give just that bit more regarding sharpness.
The main goal of the lens is landscape photography.

I am looking for people with experience with these lenses. Off course, please let me know if other lenses would also do a great job. Maybe I am overlooking a particular lens or brand.
