A hard decision made, change of equipment.

Well, I decided to sell the E-1 at last. It's a shame to see it go, but I'm so pleased with the images I'm getting from the E-420 that I am really sure that the E-1 is only going to collect dust in the cupboard. For me, having a £100 of camera sitting in a cupboard is just senseless, and I really could do with recouping the cost of the E-420 as our costly season approaches. It's already got bidding on it, so it well sell tonight.
I've also found a 14-42 to replace my 14-45, which is on its way (hoping the make use of the newer AF features available with this lens on the E-420). I will sell the 14-45 though, as we have a spare attached to Emily's E-500 (which she doesn't use much anyway).
Of course its easy to say 'don't sell it', but some of us simply don't have that luxury, so don't go assuming we all have the financial capacity to own multiple bodies, and 20 'pro' lenses. I make do with what I can afford (well, just about), and sometimes have to make sacrificial decisions.
Besides, I don't mind if someone else wants to get some enjoyment out of the E-1 - I've had mine, and have moved on.
