VR 35mm to match Cannon?

Cannon just brought out a stabilized 35 f/2 lens. I can't find anything that suggests a "normal prime" with VR coming from Nikon. I know the arguments that  VR isn't needed with a fast prime etc etc, but the truth is that some of us are getting on in years and that added flexibility that VR gives really comes in handy.
