Autofocus WIDE OPEN in video mode hack, workaround.

The idea came from here; I merely expanded on it:

Works great.  I use it in "push" AF mode, which great assists with manual focusing.  Not going to use it on all my lenses; only the ones that I shoot video with.  Probably just the 24mm Zeiss's (24 + 24-70).
