PicturesToExe version 7.5 just released - among other great features it can output HD video with resolution to 12.6 megapixel (4096x3072) at 60p...
YouTube used to support streaming at this resolution, but not any longer. Presently not many (if any) monitors can handle it, but PicturesToExe also has the ability to output lower 4K resolution output video so for those with high resolution video needs - you might have a look...
