I'm moving up from a D90 to a D600 so I'm selling off a few DX lenses. I know that the 35 won't operate as a FF but since I'll get less than $100 for it, does it make sense to hold on to it for certain situations? I love it on my D90 but will it still produce on a D600. The rest of my kit will be the Nikon 28-300, 50 1.8, 85 1.8, Sigma 10-20 (DX but will replace eventually), and the Tamron 24-70 2.8.

Vignetting is the most commonly mentioned down side.  Seems to be OK when focusing on close objects but bad or unusable for things at distance.  What you rarely hear about is the distortion problem.  Tried it after upgrading to a D700 and it's like fun-house if you have anything with straight lines such as corners of walls, molding, etc indoors.  If you liked the focal length on DX I second what others have already said, sell it and pick up the 50 1.8g.
