No AA Filter, Is It Noticeable?

I am going to get caught coming over here to ask this question but, does anyone have a definitive reality on the amount of gained resolution achieved from the lack of a blur or AA filter in these x-Trans sensors?

I would like to know if I will achieve a sharp 24 x 36 print output from the X-E1's 16Mp sensor. Holding up to the theoretical limit of 150 ppi on the prints, then doing the math using the pixel count pf the 3:2 sensor, there should be an enlargement sharpness limit of 21" x 32"? But being of the X-Trans design and a non AA filter sensor, could that limit be stretched? Does anyone have definitive proof of an IQ and Resolution bonus that benefits the bottom line in large print sharpness?
