D5100 vs D5200

Hi all,

I'm 90% decided to get the D5100 at the amazing price of either £405 with 18-55 VR with £55 cashback, or £343 without lens with £55 cashback on a popular website named after a large South American rainforest.

I'm just wondering if anyone has any compelling reasons why I should wait and get the D5200.

Forgetting price for a moment, it seems the only big changes are the 24MP vs 16MP (not really at all important to me) and the 38 vs 11 AF points (could be useful but to be honest I often use a single focus point anyway!)

Does anyone have any thoughts on this?
