How high ISO are you going?

There is some noise visible, but no more than you would expect from 18 megapixels on a crop, and its only really viewable at 100%. I find the in camera NR to be effective at all but the highest ISOs, and would second Marco's recommendation to limit the auto ISO to something sensible like 3200 or 6400.
