iphoto crashing

sd card from sony 5n now is crashing iphoto. i have 3 cameras and 3 different sd cards. the other 2 cameras will mount in iphoto with no problem but the 5n crashes iphoto? i rebuilt iphoto - reset my 5n and i'm out of ideas. i've shuffled the sd cards but still can't view any shots from my sony camera.
