Why Pentax ...... just wondering.....

Although I appreciate that advertising is considered all powerful in this capitalistic world, I still can’t balance it with the fact that I don’t think I’ve bought anything because of it. Even when shopping for groceries. None of the thousands of TV ads have made me think ‘wow I must get some of that’. I suppose they may have affected me subconsciously but an expensive high use product like a camera always comes down to research. I decide what I need and get the product that comes closest.
