The Moose (mother and calf) had been drinking from the puddle at the side of the road and were engrossed in this, I assume for the minerals from the road concentrated in the puddlewatter as there was a river nearby. I had got a few shots from a distance when a car stopping too close frightened them off, we then went to where they had been to try and get some more shots as they wandered off however they came straight back to the puddle and weren't remotely concerned about us being there.  Always aware of how my presence could have an affect on the behaviour of others.

I'm glad that the general consensus from those who have replied to my posts is that my shots are OK even if a bit too keen on the vignetting, I'll post one more batch and then move on to somewhere else as a subject for my shots, possibly Scotland or Cornwall or maybe local to me in Yorkshire.
