I think I'd save for the oly 75. The reviews of the pana 35-100 have not been convincing. A lens with that range should be something like Canon 70-200/2,8 L IS and it obviously isn't. And I already have a 40-150 wich is reasonably sharp and fast. A pana 35-100 would not give so much extra IQ albeit its high price, while an oly 75 would give the best performance there is at that specific focus length. But that's me of course, only you can decide what's best for you. As there is no stabilisation in your camera you loose three stops or so wich can be problematic in low light. On the other hand the 75 is 1,8, so there you gain 1,5 stops.
