Coming from a Mac, lookng for imovie

I did all my youtube videos using iMovie on my Mac, but over the weekend I transitioned to a PC with Windows 8. So far I'm liking it much better than Windows 7 and find it about as slick as OSX.

BUT, is there a Movie program similar to iMovie for Windows that anyone can recommend? Preferably free... (I though there was one built in?) Thanks!
