Some Info Required regarding Nikon lenses on NEX

Hi,

I have a Zeiss 35/2 Nikon Mount (F) I think and a Voigtlander SII 58/1.4 Nikon mount as well.  These lenses were originally for sale but decided against it as I might use it when I get some funds for the D800.

I own a NEX and would want to know what adapters I should be looking for?

Will this adapter work with the two lenses or do I need a different one for each?
