CANON S100, G12 OR NIKON P7100 ??

I'm looking to spend around £300 on a new premium compact which will give me high quality images.  In my sights are Canon S100 (although its recent lens criticism tends to put me off), Canon G12 and Nikon 7100.  I did consider Canon SX 240 (UK version of the 260 but without GPS which I don't want anyway)  but reading dpreview comments, this looks like going off my list, too!
