Tokina AT-X 16-28mm F2.8 Pro vs Nikon 16-35 F4 and others

I only have AT-X16-28 so I can't comment on Nikon16-35mm. But I'm very happy with my Tokina lens. I know its weakness is flare prone, but I can live with that.
