Recommendation for photo sharing site

I would e recommend phanfare.com. I've been using it for aboutn1 year and really like it.

They have a very good ios/mobile interface. You can organize pretty much how you want up to 2 levels, though they gave you the option to setup different websites.  The user experience from a web browser to view the picture is the best that I've seen because it is fast and you can use the keyboard to navigate.

I had gallery3 for 4 years and realized that I was spending too much time on the maintenance and my family didn't like the interface.
