DSLR body sales up 26%

Lens sales up 21%

Compact sales up 5% - in a rapidly shrinking market.

Whatever you think the majority are buying more Nikon

I had some initial oil issues with my D3 - soon sorted.

I had some initial issues with my D7000 due to the changed AF control placement - soon learned.

I had some initial problems with my P7700 getting used to composing on a rear monitor after decades only using SLR's and DSLR's - soon learned.

Whether Nikon can please someat dpreview - 87 of whom have posted links about D800 focus issues using unsatisfactory testing and none of whom seem to have posted a link using good testing - is another topic
