How should I crop and print this pic? D7K

Here is the orignal picture.

I'm thinking of cropping like this (16:9) ratio and print to canvas at 60x106cm. I'm interested to hear any crop and PP suggestion. With thanks.

my wife forced me to take up photography :'(
