A few days back I was at a firework display with my kids. Stood next to us was a chap with a 5D3 on a tripod with a nice wireless shutter release and a nice L lens. Problem was as my 9yr old daughter pointed out to me that the bloke was shivvering in the cold but still holding onto the column of the tripod whilst taking 1 second + shots. Surely if my 9yr old daughter can see why all his shots are blurry then someone who has obvioudly spent the best part of 8K on kit should have some sort of idea. I did consider suggesting something but he was such a misserable t**t that I kept schtum. It was just so frustrating though.

Have you ever tried to offer advice? If so how was it recieved?
