If this bugs you, let me humbly submit you're not a great candidate for a DSLR.  This will happen sooner or later.  Might as well deal with it by cleaning the stupid sensor or getting another camera which won't give you this problem.

In the olden days of the D100 and D2x we had to do this every time we used the camera.  And we liked it.  Uphill.  Both ways.
