Sunwayfoto L-bracket for NEX-7

Does anyone have this L-bracket on a NEX-7?

The photos on their web site seem confusing to me. Some seem to show an Arca-Swiss plate on the left (vertical) side but in other shots it does not lool like the vertical plate is an Arca-Swiss. I want to be sure of what I am getting before placing an order.
