Second thoughts on XE1 Kit

Well, that makes sense to me then. Personally, I love 35mm (FF) POV, so the X100 i still my choice for pocketable single lens, but I totally get what you are saying as far as traveling with only that lens.

I am hoping they zooms end out stellar also as I really love the convenience in certain situations. I always loved my 17-35 and 70-200 permanently mounted on my 2 D3 bodies because I could be prepared for pretty much anything. It was just a little back breaking. I actually prefer primes, but I'd have wanted to carry a 14mm f/2.8, 35mm f/1.4, 85mm f/1.4, 135 f/2 DC, and a 200mm f/4 macro, and well, that would have been harder to carry than the zooms. Too bad though. I really like those Nikon primes.
