When I experienced a series of Capture One crashes, about a year ago, the software generated a message to send to Phase One to inform them about the crash. I choose to send the message(s), and, to my big surprise, I received an email response within the 12 hours that followed the first crash.
In the message, a Phase One employee told me the tech support team was working on a way to fix my issue. So while Capture One is more expensive (about $300, $100 less now than when I bought it) than Lightroom ($130, more or less) or PSE ($50 to $100), the service you get is quite impressive inde
